constantly updated faster, wider 98" corrugator can produce B and C flute
singlewall and B/C flute doublewall.

In the design lab , a Data Technology CADCAM
running Ashlar Score® design software facilitates container design and
the rapid generation of precision-cut samples. Laboratory function's
including edge and ring crush testing are performed daily using the finest
Lorentzen Wettre® test equipment. All of our test equipment including the
factory’s measuring calipers are calibrated to an ISO standard annually.

Linerboard and corrugating medium is tested
for strength and checked for appearance before being approved for
processing. Key manufactures containers in a wide range of widths and
grades from both white and kraft linerboard. And if going green is on your
agenda we can also guarantee you a container made of excellent 100%
recycled containerboard for no additional charge.

Our new Hycorr® 4 color 66" with ink
viscosity control is fully computerized for quick and accurate set-ups.
Key operates 2 66” rotary die-cutters and 5 flexo
folder gluers 3-38” 1-50” and 1-60”.

A single control panel integrates the
slitting, scoring, cutting, and stacking functions of the corrugator. This
state-of-the-art system which features Marquip Razor-Slit® technology for
clean-cut edges, has both increased the accuracy and efficiency of our
operation.

The automated platen of the 4 head Signode®
bar code reading bander controls banding pressure and ensures that Key's
pallet loads are consistently "tight."

A
Beckart® state-of-the-art water purification system filters our plant’s
